Job description
Marketing Communications Supervisor - Monthly KPI Bonus

Lead/monitor always-on digital campaigns and new product launch marketing initiatives across social platforms, in alignment with HQ media strategies. Support local marketing managers with campaign execution and coordination tasks.

Collaborate closely with HQ to implement digital campaigns, track KPI performance, and ensure efficient execution processes. Contribute detailed data to support Data Center functions, continuously improving media efficiency and performance.

Develop and execute media plans across platforms such as Facebook, Google, TikTok, Twitter, etc., based on marketing objectives. Managing marketing campaigns, evaluating performance across multiple dimensions and optimizing accordingly.

Participating in media planning to identify target audiences and craft effective campaigns, and manage media buying activities such as, optimizing plans and budgets according to the best media mix.

Stay active on local social platforms, identify and engage top KOLs/celebrities. Facilitate influencer partnerships, including negotiation, content planning, and collaboration management.

Oversee additional media channels (e.g., OTT, local apps), ensuring campaign consistency with HQ strategy and timely, effective implementation.

Understand marketing needs, particularly among young audiences. Distinguish between branding and performance ad strategies, and provide actionable creative direction to design teams.

Monitor campaign data regularly. Conduct performance analysis and deliver actionable insights to enhance future campaign results.

Job Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years working experience in Social Media Marketing.
  • Proficient in English (working language), with excellent listening, reading, and writing skills. Mandarin language skills are a strong plus.
  • Familiar with major digital and social platforms (Facebook, IG, YouTube, Google, TikTok, etc.), with strong awareness of local trends and access to relevant influencer resources preferred.
