Company Background:

We are representing a company who specialize in Air Filter. As they are expanding, they are looking for Marketing Assistant to join the team in Puchong, Selangor.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Involves tasks that help convert social media leads into sales. It could include qualifying leads by understanding their needs, providing product or service information, and potentially even scheduling demos or consultations.
  • Uploading catalogues to social media platforms like Facebook or Instagram is a great way to showcase products and reach a wider audience. This assistant would likely be responsible for creating visually appealing posts and ensuring product information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Responding to social media inquiries involves interacting with potential customers. This could involve answering questions about products, addressing any concerns, and potentially directing them towards a sales representative.
  • Marketing collateral refers to any materials used to promote a product or service, like brochures, website content, or social media graphics. Ensuring the quality of this material is important, and this assistant might review it for accuracy, brand consistency, and overall effectiveness.

Job Requirements:

  • Min possess Diploma/ Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • Min 1 year of working experience in Marketing OR;
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!
  • Detailed oriented and fast response.
  • Candidate with ecommerce/ social media experience will be added advantage.

Working Hour:

  • Monday to Thursday 8:30am 6:00pm
  • Friday 8:30am 5:00pm
