A leading food brand in Puchong is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager/Manager to take ownership of brand marketing strategies. The role involves leading product marketing initiatives, managing cross-functional collaboration, and overseeing budget management. Candidates should have at least 4-5 years in product and brand marketing, preferably in the F&B retail sector, and possess strong communication and analytical skills.
Take full ownership & execution of the brand marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with company vision, strategic plans, and annual business objectives.
Define and communicate a compelling, differentiated brand vision to drive sales growth and achieve brand KPIs.
Develop and execute an effective media and communication strategy, balancing online and offline channels to maximize brand reach and impact.
Menu & Product Marketing
Lead menu and product marketing from concept to execution, including strategy development, pricing, and promotional planning.
Develop and implement new or enhanced product launch plans, coordinating across functions to ensure successful rollout.
Manage food cost and pricing strategy, including preparation of selling price proposals and SKU management.
Oversee retail menu management: core and promotional menus ensuring consistent brand positioning and profitability.
Manage and maintain 3rd Party Delivery (3PD) relationships, including menu management, promotions, and collaboration opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with NPD, Supply Chain, IT, Sales Operations, and external stakeholders (3PDs, agencies, vendors) to ensure timely and successful launches.
Communicate effectively with internal and external teams to ensure all promotions and products are launched according to timeline and standard.
Performance & Insights
Prepare core menu, promotion, and sales performance reports for senior management.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends for continuous improvement.
Brand Communication & Marketing Execution
Plan and execute marketing initiatives including branding, advertising, campaign marketing, digital & social media, and PR.
Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure alignment with brand vision and timely execution of marketing activities.
Track and optimize performance marketing, including all paid media campaigns.
Identify and evaluate new digital technologies to improve marketing efficiency and ROI (social media, email, SEM/SEO, etc.).
Events, Customer Response & Crisis Management
Lead or support PR activities, marketing activations/event and CSR programs including hands‑on involvement in crisis communication when necessary.
Customer Feedback Management: Collect customer feedback and complaints with agencies/partners and directing them to the Operations team for case recovery.
Budget Management
Manage, track, and report Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budgets, ensuring efficient and effective utilization of marketing funds.
Handle invoice processing, purchase orders, and day‑to‑day financial administration related to marketing activities.
Maintain accurate records of expenditures and ensure compliance with company finance policies and procedures.
Complete other marketing duties at the discretion of management and perform all marketing duties assigned by supervisor or manager from time to time.
Candidate with Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
Minimum 4-5 years of product and brand marketing experience within the Retail industry. Experienced in F&B Retail will be an added advantage.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced knowledge on Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
Creative, problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Independent, proactive and able to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
