Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing strategies across online and offline channels, including campaign design, execution, and performance tracking to optimise future initiatives.
  • Develop and manage content calendars and visual direction for five distinct outlet brands, ensuring cohesive brand storytelling across all digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Lead social media management in collaboration with internal teams and external partners, tailoring strategies for each outlet’s unique identity.
  • Coordinate and support event marketing efforts such as wedding fairs, festive campaigns, and promotional launches, including partners, vendors management and ground activation.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams and chefs to extract product knowledge, understand customer behavior, and translate insights into compelling marketing narratives and timely promotions.
  • Identify areas for marketing process improvement within current operational frameworks and recommend scalable, practical enhancements.
  • Campaign planning, execution, and performance reporting
  • Social media strategy and platform management (Instagram, Facebook, XHS, etc.)
  • Basic CRM awareness and customer engagement tactics
  • Offline event planning and coordination (e.g., wedding fairs, festive launches)
  • Understanding of Cantonese cuisine, seasonal ingredients, and F&B operations
  • Basic print and digital asset production knowledge
  • Familiarity with local platforms (Google Business, QR menus, delivery services)
