Requirement
- Young adult with more than 2 years of work experience
- Diploma degree or above (priority go for majors in marketing, media, advertising design industry)
- High interest in social media trends and management
- A copywriter who full of creativity and the ability to write in Mandarin
- Proficient in using design software such as Canva, Capcut and others
- Always proactive, adaptable, and ready to cope to any real-time challenges
Responsibility
Social Media Platform Management Skills
- Assist in managing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and email marketing tools.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends to ensure the brand remains appealing and relevant.
Design & Creative Content Creation Skills
- Support in operating design software such as Canva, Capcut, and Jianying.
- Possess skills in designing graphics, shooting, and producing short videos.
Copywriting and Content Creation Abilities
- Demonstrate strong Mandarin writing skills to create various marketing content.
- Assist in continuously improving marketing materials, including landing pages, websites, brochures, and promotional items.
Competency in Marketing Report Execution and Document Management
- Assist in compiling and analyzing various marketing metrics and reports.
- Manage marketing documents, computer files, training materials, and meeting records.
Adaptability and Efficiency in Executing Real-Time Marketing Tasks
- Consistently update company activities and any development info to the social media platforms.
- Proactively report on marketing activities to leadership and complete tasks assigned by management.
