Job description

Assist in managing and updating social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram)

Support in the creation and scheduling of digital content

Assist in customer care-line / marketing administrative support

2. File and Document Management

Organize, label, and maintain both physical and digital files

Ensure proper storage, backup, and retrieval of documents

Maintain confidentiality and data protection protocols

Assist in document formatting, editing, and proofing

Support in the preparation and filing of reports, presentations, and official records

Ensure compliance with company and legal document management standards

Detailed responsibilities of the role will be determined according to the individual's experience and competencies.

Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsible, punctual, self-disciplined, and a good team player.

Positive working attitude with initiative to get things done.

Able to handle ad-hoc tack.

Possession of a valid D driving license is preferred.
