Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute product launch and commercialization strategies for the Oncology portfolio.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to formulate strategic plans that enhance product positioning.
  • Create cross‑functional marketing plans ensuring tactical execution aligned with brand strategies.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end marketing deliverables and commercialization activities.
  • Collaborate with supply chain for accurate demand forecasting.
  • Prepare pricing and reimbursement submissions to expand access to the portfolio.
  • Establish patient advocacy plans to build relationships with relevant groups.
Requirements
  • University degree in Science, Business or equivalent; preferably a Postgraduate degree in Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 8 years in Product/Marketing Management, with at least 2 years in Oncology.
  • Proven experience in developing marketing strategies and driving product launches.
  • Experience in Haematology is a plus.
  • Strong skills in marketing planning, budgeting, and analytical assessments.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
