Revolution Runners Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Marketing and Communication Delegate (Hands on Experience) fresh graduate. You will be out in the field, running campaigns, talking to customers, and learning by doing instead of sitting behind a desk.

You’ll be mentored from week one, gain real hands-on experience, grow quickly based on performance, and travel to campaigns beyond your home city. Strong English and Bahasa Melayu communication skills are valued.

Qualifications

Running face-to-face campaigns, roadshows and events for well-known brands

Talking to customers, pitching products and turning “just looking” into “tell me more”.

Seeing how a campaign goes from idea to launch to results, and getting involved at every step

Practicing the skills you studied: communication, persuasion, presenting and reading people

Taking on more responsibility as you grow, from supporting campaigns to helping lead them
