Job summary

U Mobile in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a student pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, IT or a related field to join our digital marketing support role. You will liaise with multiple marketing functions to translate that marketing vision into technology implementations to deliver on business goals.

You will manage self-owned digital platforms (Web/E-commerce), conduct content edits across digital channels, manage e-commerce logistics, and perform reporting and analytics to

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, eCommerce, IT, or a related field.
• Experience in telco/e-commerce businesses would be advantageous.
• Strong multitasking and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently within tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage Self-owned Digital Platforms (Web/E-commerce).
• Conduct content edits across all digital channels.
• Manage e-commerce logistics arrangements.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing for deployments on our digital platforms.
• Liaise with relevant departments to edit new devices or plans revision for all digital platforms.
• Reporting & Analytics.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports to verify and ensure numbers are tracked periodically.
• Study competitors digital channels to provide samples/recommendation on enhancement.
• Work on requirements that could potentially enhance reporting dashboards across digital channels.
