Job description

Prepare and update demand & shipment planning spreadsheets.

Place purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers and logistics department to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Monitor and maintain optimal inventory level by tracking and analysing sales trend, demand forecast and shipment schedule.

Produce monthly reports and claims for advertising & promotional expenses.

Source & negotiate with supplier to develop promotional tools & services.

Assist in the organizing of promotional events and facilitate in E-commerce activation.

Handle customer & product related issues.

Undertake the maintenance of SAP, CRM & CCM system and all daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.

Maintain up to date archives of all marketing files.

Carry out other related tasks as required.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accounting/Marketing/Business.

This is a junior executive position. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Priority is given to candidates with demand planning experience.

Good command in verbal & written English & Malay.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Excel i.e. Pivot table, V lookup with analytical mind.

Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact between departments

Able to work independently to deliver tasks in accurate & timely manner
