Job description

Develop and implement both online and offline marketing strategies to promote clinic services (e.g. health screenings, vaccinations, wellness packages).

Manage the clinic’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).

Work with basic design tools (e.g. Canva) to produce posters, banners, bunting, and other marketing materials for clinic promotions.

Conduct basic market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Analyse marketing campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Assist in improving patient communication and engagement through newsletters, WhatsApp campaigns, or follow-up messages.

Ensure all communications and materials reflect the clinic's image, values, and branding guidelines.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field.

Knowledge or background in healthcare/medical/clinical industry is an added advantage.

Minimum 1 year in marketing. Experience in the healthcare or clinical sector is a significant plus.

Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also encouraged to apply.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.

Ability to design, plan, and execute marketing campaigns for clinical services (e.g. health screenings, wellness packages).

Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic design skills (Canva/Adobe/CapCut) and photography/video editing skills are advantageous.
