Job Description
  • Handle daily enquiries from hotels and support on operational and administrative tasks.
  • Manage long tail accounts via emails, act as the point of contact for those hotels.
  • Work with market managers to pitch campaigns or any marketing activities to hotels. Aim to have good sign-up rates.
  • Work with market managers to conduct analysis for hotels.
  • Support and co‑lead company initiatives eg. system migration. Be the point of contact for hotels on this initiative.
