Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in food production or manufacturing management.
• Extensive experience in Margarine or Food manufacturing processes.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards (FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, ISO 9001, MS 1480, HALAL).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily production to achieve targets and optimize efficiency.
• Oversee production activities to maintain quality standards.
• Supervise, train, and motivate production staff.
• Responsible for stock count and variance reports to Finance.
• Safeguard Occupational Health & Safety for the workforce.
