Agilent Technologies Malaysia is seeking a hands-on technical support engineer who will perform a variety of duties in manufacturing areas, including installation, maintenance, repair and support of equipment, and technical support of production processes. You will conduct tests and troubleshoot components, parts, products or systems, applying sound engineering judgment.

This full-time role requires a Diploma in Electronics & Electrical Engineering or related field, with strong troubleshooting,

Qualificações

• Diploma in Electronics & Electrical Engineering or related field with about 5 years of experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Knowledge spanning mechanical, electrical, electronics and software.
• Hands-on experience with manufacturing product repair work.

Job Description

Responsible for performing a variety of technical support duties in one or more manufacturing areas. Duties may be related to installation, maintenance, repair and support of manufacturing equipment, technical support of one or more production processes, product test and troubleshooting, and technical analyses and problem-solving.

Conducts tests, experiments and/or problem resolution associated with components, parts, products or processes/systems.

May design and/or build tools.

Works on manufacturing technical support assignments with clearly defined objectives.

Performs technical duties that may require use of judgment.

Solves product/process problems which require technical knowledge.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics & Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics/Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering with typically 5 years of working experience.
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Intimate knowledge of all aspects of machine from mechanical, electrical, electronics and software.
• Hands-on experience with manufacturing product repair work.
