Adecco's client, a well-established multinational company, is seeking an experienced Admin Manager to oversee and manage all administrative and facility-related functions at their manufacturing site. The ideal candidate will be a hands‑on administrator with strong leadership capabilities and a background in managing factory‑based administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage day‑to‑day administrative operations at the manufacturing site.

Supervise facilities management activities including maintenance, security, transportation, cleaning, and office services.

Manage employee dormitories and canteen operations to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.

Liaise with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure quality and cost‑effective services.

Monitor and manage administrative budgets and related expenditures.

Develop, implement, and continuously improve administrative policies and SOPs.

Coordinate employee welfare initiatives, accommodation, and logistics support.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards within the site.

Lead and mentor a small administrative team to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.

Minimum 5-8 years of experience in administrative management, preferably within a manufacturing or plant environment.

Proven experience managing dormitories, canteens, or site facilities.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

Independent, resourceful, and capable of working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.
