Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Malaysia is seeking an experienced individual to lead daily manufacturing operations and ensure the achievement of targets related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity (SQDCP). The role involves planning manpower and resources, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with quality systems. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and relevant experience in a supervisory role, with strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of manufacturing experience required, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production control, and shop floor management.
• Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949) is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing operations to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity targets.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives like Lean and Kaizen.
• Develop and coach engineers, supervisors, and operators in the section.
