A leading technology manufacturer in Ipoh seeks a Production Manager to support the Program Manager in coordinating production schedules and ensuring key performance indicators are met. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Production Management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work independently, ensuring high customer satisfaction and compliance with quality standards. Qualifications

• Minimum is Diploma in Production Management or related disciplines.
• Experience in program/business/customer management will be an added advantage.
• 3+ years of experience in Program Management on related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Manager and manage production scheduling.
• Coordinate and monitor the shift build plan with engineering and production.
• Ensure customer satisfaction in Manufacturing, Quality, and Customer Responsiveness.
• Lead the team through start-up and ramp until production is released.
• Engage in New Products Introduction to ensure success.
