Qualifications

A Manufacturing Operator is responsible for assembling and inspection electronic components and products. They follow detailed instructions or schematics to ensure quality and accuracy in production. Operators use various tools and equipment in a production line environment while maintaining safety and efficiency. They also assist supervisors for continuous improvement activities.

Responsibilities
  • Perform manual PCB assembly and hand soldering with special knowledge (at least IPC Class II)
  • Assemble THT components for wave soldering
  • Inspection of PCBAs with optical inspection systems based on predefined criteria
  • Documentation of the inspection results
  • Reworking of PCBAs and components
