Job description

Responsible for planning and managing the manufacturing build in meeting the OTP and Quality.

Responsible for driving the Department KPI in meeting goals, where else improvement and correction actions must take place for continuous improvement.

Ensure all assigned projects/jobs to his or her manufacturing engineer are carried out smoothly and completing them within the allocated time frame in an efficient and effective way

Responsible for coordinating the project to ensure that delivery date lines are met.

To liaise with customers concerning the assigned projects

Report project progress to Operation Director/Manager

Responsible in helping department to achieve departmental goal by working closely with Operation Director in setting and implementing department and company improvement plan organization requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or a relevant technical field, and 5 years of related work experience.
• At least 5 years' work experience on related field
• Good People management (experienced manage 300 workers) sound technical knowledge, good in project management skill
• Able to work independently, self-initiative and self-motivate, good personality and reliable personal
• Ability to lead, manage, negotiate and motivate at all operation level
• Good operational, leadership and interpersonal skills with excellent drive and enthusiasm.
• Strong Organizing, Planning, Priority Setting and Analytical in problem solving skills
• Prefer good knowledge in lean management.
