Job summary

FLEXTRONICS TECHNOLOGY (DL – PENANG) SDN BHD in Penang seeks an experienced Operations Manager to direct daily production activities, ensuring targets are met on schedule and within budget.

The role requires coaching staff, enforcing safety regulations, and driving Lean/5S improvements. You will collaborate with maintenance, QA, logistics, and HR to optimize operations and reduce waste across the plant.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or related field preferred for higher-level roles.
• Experience: 2–5+ years in plant/production/manufacturing settings.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving, data tracking via Office/ERP, lean principles familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily production activities to meet targets on schedule and within budget.
• Coach, train, and evaluate staff while maintaining a safe work environment.
