Defines, leads manufacturing projects and initiatives into the Factory/area according to the factory priorities and ensures alignment between the Factory Leadership Team / Local Leadership Teams members; supports cross-fertilization of Manufacturing best practices, knowledge, standards and improvements across the factories.

Candidate Profile
