Position Summary:

Manage a group of engineers and technical personnel working towards engineering related activities in achieving manufacturing goals.

Oversee the planning, development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods, processes, and operations for new and existing products. Ensure the effective use of materials, equipment, and personnel in producing quality products at minimum costs. Develop systems to maintain reports and records keeping of processes and manufacturing methods. Select, develop, and evaluate engineering personnel to ensure efficient operation.

What You Will Do:
Technical Obligation
  • Improve capacity and operational efficiency for all processes and equipment.
  • Coordinate new processes and product introduction.
  • Lead and champion technical leadership and development.
  • Continuous source for new technology to enhance the technical competency for manufacturing.
  • Coach and train subordinate and facilitate training opportunities which would enhance their technical knowledge and job skills.
  • Initiate and drive yield improvement projects (local & integral) in cooperation with Product Engineering and R&D group.
Management
  • Coordinate activities of engineers, technical personnel, or associated engineers to set priorities in addressing technical project or problems.
  • Interact closely with production and supply chain to ensure smooth line’s flows through swift action taken to solve daily problems encountered.
  • Coordinate the development and implementation of new product and process training for manufacturing personnel.
  • Coordinate cross‑function projects and activities with counterparts local and abroad on time and within budget.
  • Hire, develop, and coach subordinates for continuous improvement and career development.
Production Obligation
  • Identify problems and improvement projects, establish targets, organize resources, define technical requirements and develop plans to achieve cost and quality objectives.
Safety
  • Work with Environment, Health and Safety engineering to assure all machines, processes and materials introduced to production are not hazardous and will not create ergonomics related injuries and illnesses.
  • Comply with environmental, security, health and safety requirements.
What You Will Bring (REQUIRED Qualifications)
  • At least three (3) years of related Engineering Management experience in equipment and process.
Bachelor's
  • Field of Study: Any related Engineering field.
  • Years of Experience (Minimum): 10 years.
