Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with an MBA as an advantage, and have over 15 years of experience in process manufacturing. The role demands strong leadership and the ability to manage multiple plants effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; MBA is advantageous.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in process manufacturing.
• Experience in manufacturing technologies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing concepts and operational efficiency methods.
• Competency in resolving operational issues affecting supply and demand.
• Ability to formulate long-term business plans for Production and Engineering.
• Capability to develop novel solutions for operational efficiencies.
• Competency in trend analysis to evaluate strengths and weaknesses.
• Experience managing multiple plants and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational performance of the Manufacturing Division.
• Provide leadership towards achieving the company’s mission and goals.
• Plan and direct division activities for agreed targets and standards.
• Identify and implement changes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Monitor and report on operational issues and development plans.
• Direct department managers to accomplish manufacturing goals.
• Set and manage key performance indicators for all reports.
• Formulate and recommend manufacturing best practices.
• Maintain constructive relationships with all stakeholders.
