• Represents the manufacturing engineering team for large projects and mentors junior staff.
• Determines optimum process settings to supply high-quality products.
• Prepares analysis reports and recommendations for improvements.
• Ensures processes are capable and meet cost targets and delivery requirements in contract manufacturing.
