Program Framework

The program framework consists of 6 months stipulated training period across Panasonic Aircond factory manufacturing function which includes the following activity:

• Apprentices will be assigned to various manufacturing processes / function and perform specific tasks or projects and responsibilities.
• Apprentices will gain basic skills and competencies of the core function through projects and assignments throughout the 6 months.
• This would give them the width of experience and exposure to help them understand their niche and how they would want to advance their careers in PAPAMY.
• Functional and leadership trainings to provide necessary soft-skill training courses to enhance apprentices' management & leadership skills.

Requirements

• Degree or Master’s degree holder with CGPA 2.5 and above in any related studies.
• Passionate for self-development and developing personal marketability in industries.
• Problem solver with strong systems thinking skills.
• Interest in having hands‑on experience in manufacturing environment.
• Able to commit for minimum 6 months.
• Creative & critical thinker with an open mind and high learning agility.
• Adventurous, entrepreneurial & possess experimental mindset.
• Effective teammate with strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Individuals who intend to explore a career in the area of Production.
• Willing to base in Shah Alam.
