You will perform manicure and pedicure services, advise clients on nail health, and maintain strict hygiene standards while staying abreast of nail trends and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform manicure and pedicure services using professional techniques and quality products.
• Prepare and sanitise nail care tools and workstations in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences, requirements and any skin sensitivities.
• Apply nail polish, gel treatments, extensions and other decorative finishes with precision and creativity.
• Provide advice to clients on nail health, maintenance and aftercare recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of client preferences and service history.
• Keep abreast of current trends in nail art and nail care techniques.
• Ensure a clean, hygienic and welcoming salon environment at all times.

Jejari Artistik Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled and professional Manicurist / Pedicurist to join our team in Genting Highlands, Pahang. This is a full-time position where you will provide high-quality nail care services to our valued clients in a dynamic and welcoming salon environment. As a Manicurist / Pedicurist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences whilst maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism. Your expertise will directly contribute to client satisfaction and the reputation of our salon.

What we're looking for

• Formal qualification or certification in manicure and pedicure services from a recognised training institution
• Proven experience working as a Manicurist / Pedicurist in a professional salon setting
• Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, products and health and safety practices
• Excellent attention to detail with a steady hand and artistic ability
• Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Physical stamina to work on your feet for extended periods
• Excellent communication skills in English and local languages
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays as required
• A genuine passion for the beauty and wellness industry
• Professional appearance and demeanour
• Knowledge of current nail art trends and techniques is advantageous
• Experience with gel manicures, acrylic nails or nail extensions is preferred
