As we expand across Southeast Asia, we are looking for a highly motivated Mandarin Speaker to join our Malaysia team.

Role Overview

This is a generalist position working directly under the COO. You will serve as a bridge across departments, ensuring smooth communication and coordination within the company. You will also act as a company representative in meetings, discussions, and external communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the COO in daily operations, cross-department coordination, and special projects.
• Serve as a communication bridge between Mandarin-speaking teams/partners and local/regional teams.
• Assist in preparing reports, meeting notes, and translating documents (Mandarin ↔ English).
• Represent the company in meetings, both internally and externally.
• Provide ad-hoc support across different departments (HR, Finance, Operations, Marketing, etc.).
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive company matters.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken & written) and English. Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to support a wide range of tasks.
• Prior experience in cross-departmental coordination or supporting C-level executives is a plus
