Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an enthusiastic teacher to plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons in line with the school curriculum.

You will use diverse teaching methods and technologies to cater to varied learning needs, foster critical thinking, and create a safe, inclusive classroom that promotes participation and collaboration. The role also requires monitoring progress and providing feedback, with ad-hoc tasks from the supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the school's curriculum framework and standards.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods, resources, and technologies to cater to diverse learning needs.
• Foster critical thinking, creativity, and independent learning among students through innovative instructional strategies.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
• Establish and maintain classroom routines, rules, and expectations to promote positive behaviour and mutual respect.
• Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and implement appropriate interventions to support individual learning needs.
• Take up any additional ad-hoc as assigned by your Supervisor/Head of Department.
