Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Process client requests and solve issues through calls and emails.
  • Escalate issues to specialists as needed.
  • Update clients on their request status.
  • Achieve quarterly KPI targets.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager.
