Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in supply chain, IT digital services, or application domains.

• Willingness to travel within Malaysia and ASEAN when needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-sales presentations to gather technical and business requirements.
• Enhance sales kits and prepare customized proposals and scope documents.
• Perform business analysis and fact-finding to understand customer needs.
• Escalate resource needs or risks to ensure project continuity.
• Engage directly with C-level and senior executives.
• Lead and manage full project lifecycle, including billing and delivery.
