Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak in Traditional Mandarin fluently.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must be able to work in rotational shift (no night shift required).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent support to customers via phone and email.
• Assist with online orders, inquiries, and issue resolution.
• Handle payments and sensitive data securely.

Skills

Fluent in Traditional Mandarin

English (B2 level)

Strong communication skills

Typing speed of 40wpm

Education

SPM or equivalent
