Job summary

Glexis Tuition Centre Sdn Bhd in Kajang, Malaysia is seeking a dedicated teaching assistant to support primary students after exam guidance. You will teach according to the syllabus, maintain discipline, review homework, and plan engaging activities during school holidays.

Fresh graduates are welcome; fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin; strong teamwork and adaptability are valued. Training materials will be provided; monthly bonuses and various allowances are offered.

Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least SPM Certificate with Bahasa Malaysia, English and Sejarah subjects with grade C and above.
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, ESPECIALLY INMANDARIN.
Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.

Responsibilities

Teach according to the latest primary education syllabus ( Training and teaching materials will be provided ).
Maintaining discipline and good habits in the classroom.
Guiding and checking student's homework.
Planning and conducting activities with the children such as festive activities, games and daytrips during school holidays.
Participate in meeting ; Evaluate children's progress and conduct parent-teacher meeting.
