Qualifications

• C1 level Mandarin proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional and high‑quality customer interactions based on client service standards.
• Meet required standards for call quality reports, call audits, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of client‑supported products.
• Accurately record customer information and required data in internal systems.
• Follow training, operational procedures, and quality guidelines in every customer interaction.
• Maintain awareness of the client's products, services, and strengths in the industry.
