Step into the world of global travel customer service as a Mandarin/Cantonese Customer Service Executive!

You’ll support customers from Taiwan and other Mandarin-speaking markets, assisting with hotel reservations, booking changes, cancellations, refunds, and accommodation-related inquiries via calls, emails, and live chat.

If you enjoy helping travelers solve real issues, learning how a global travel platform operates, and building an international career in the travel industry, this role fits.

Location: UOA Business Park (Link bridge from LRT/KTM Subang Jaya)
Working Hours: 5 days per week | 9 hours per day

Qualifications
  • Languages: Mandarin & English (Cantonese is an advantage)
  • Minimum SPM qualification or above
  • Customer service experience is an advantage and may qualify for salary negotiation & higher remuneration
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to stay calm and professional in fast-paced situations
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when handling bookings and documentation
Responsibilities
  • Handle hotel reservation inquiries including booking amendments, cancellations, refunds, and special requests
  • Support Mandarin-speaking customers, mainly from the Taiwan market
  • Communicate with hotels and internal teams to resolve reservation issues efficientlyDeliver accurate, timely, and customer-focused solutions across calls, emails, and chats
