Job Overview
Join us as a Customer Service Specialist supporting Taiwan e-hailing users. You will handle calls, emails, and live chats to assist users with trip, payment, and account-related issues. Through daily case handling, you will develop strong communication and problem-solving skills, follow SOPs, and escalate complex matters when necessary. This role provides solid customer service experience and helps you grow into a confident and competitive CS professional.
Job Requirements
- Malaysian citizen
- Possess valid SPM / UEC / IGCSE qualifications
- Proficient in Mandarin and English (spoken & written)
- Diploma or Degree holders are encouraged to apply
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good active listening and questioning skills; able to identify and fulfill customer needs
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Willing to work rotational shifts, including night shifts
- (night shift allowance, proper scheduling, and additional rest arrangements provided)
- Minimum 6 months customer service / call center (BPO) experience is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Make outbound calls when required to resolve more complex customer issues
- Deliver high-quality service to reduce repeat contacts and escalations
- Communicate and collaborate with internal teams for timely issue resolution
- Use available tools and resources to effectively resolve customer concerns
- Provide feedback on processes, systems, and services to improve workflow
- Accurately document all customer interactions
- Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant teams when necessary
- Maintain strict compliance with privacy, security, and confidentiality requirements
Working Hours
- 9 working hours per day (including a 1-hour break)
- 2 days off per week (must be able to rotate shifts, including night shifts)
- Location: Kuala Lumpur (easily accessible by public transport)
Salary Package
- Basic Salary: RM 4,000
- KPI Incentives: RM 300
- Night Shift Allowance: RM 300
