A leading customer service provider is seeking a Mandarin/Cantonese Customer Service representative in Selangor, Malaysia. This role involves coordinating aeromedical transport cases and responding to client requests through clear communication. Qualified candidates will hold at least an SPM, have experience in customer service, and be able to work rotational shifts including weekends. This position offers the potential for contract-to-permanent conversion based on performance.
Coordinate and oversee aeromedical transport cases independently from start to end
Handle requests for assistance (phone calls and emails) promptly. Responsive with accurate feedback and the ability to conduct clear communication, and good listening skills
Be the first point of contact for our clients who require medical or travel assistance.
Be responsible for your allocated cases within the working hours and be responsible for managing the task.
Able to coordinate and access medical claims proactively, report analysis and offer recommendations on the eligibility of claims for the continuation or completion of the service delivery.
Go the extra mile based on the company’s standard. Provide excellent service and product knowledge in building skills
Able to multitask and support other departments and a Teamwork mentality.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: -
Minimum of SPM holder with at least 1 year of working experience in Customer Service/ Call Centre/ Hotel Operator or a relevant position.
Able to communicate well in English AND Mandarin OR Cantonese due to the business needs
Able to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Immediate joiner will be an added advantage
1-year contract (Conversion to permanent opportunity available based on performance)
