Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a Lead Research Analyst to conduct in-depth research on China-related AML/CFT topics, including PEPs, SOEs/SIEs, and sanctions. The role requires Mandarin fluency and strong English writing ability, with a focus on accuracy and policy alignment.

You will regularly extract data from public sources in Mandarin, support China-focused client projects, and follow rigorous research guidelines to maintain quality and compliance across deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Relations/Political Science, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies, Commerce, Journalism, Linguistics/Languages.
• AML related certifications will be prioritised, if equally qualified.

Responsibilities

• Provide China content support to clients daily and collaborate with China team members on ad-hoc projects.
• Work independently on assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
• Follow strict research guidelines to ensure high-quality content and compliance.
