Order Processing: Manager, Supply Chain Management

This role will manage supply chain processes, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and order fulfillment, to optimize resource utilization, minimize costs, and meet customer demand. The role involves planning, organizing, and controlling supply chain activities to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Your Tasks
- Develop and execute a robust logistics strategy that aligns with our broader R&S operational goals, focusing on optimizing efficiency and minimizing costs.
- Manage the end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and order fulfillment functions to ensure delivery schedules.
- Lead the strategic integration of various supply chain functions in the manufacturing process to ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery of goods.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging data and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to enhance supply chain resilience and performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team, including operator, officer, and executive levels across logistics, customs, planning, purchasing, and order management staff, providing clear guidance and coaching to foster a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Coordinate and collaborate with suppliers to ensure on‑time material delivery, proactively resolving issues and mitigating risks to prevent supply chain disruptions.
- Optimize warehouse operations by improving layout, storage systems, and workflows to maximize space utilization and increase pick and pack efficiency.
- Manage the R&S supply chain systems and technology to provide visibility and control throughout logistics operations, securing material availability, order fulfillment monitoring, and control.
- Use data‑driven techniques, such as ABC analysis and cycle counting, to optimize inventory levels, minimize stockouts, and reduce excess inventory.
- Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and industry regulations governing import/export customs management, transportation, and warehousing.

Your Qualifications
- Degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience in the Electronics industry or equivalent, with a minimum of 5‑7 years in managerial leadership within the SCM functions.
- At least 5‑7 years of progressive experience in a supply chain, logistics, or operations leadership role with a proven history of measurable results such as cost reduction, efficiency improvements, or enhanced service levels.
- Strong command of core logistics and SC planning principles.
- Proven experience working with modern logistics and supply chain management software (e.g., ERP, MRP, and other planning tools).
- Experience with specific Malaysian customs programs, such as LMW (Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse) license, is an advantage; knowledge of local regulatory requirements and compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, motivate, and develop diverse teams, fostering a collaborative and high‑accountability culture.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills that use data to identify trends and diagnose challenges for sound decision‑making.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, from suppliers to carriers.
