The Manager, Strategy & Reporting is responsible for supporting the Head of Logistics & Distribution in financial analysis, business performance monitoring, and strategic reporting. The role ensures accurate, timely, and insightful reporting to Management, Ministry of Health, and other stakeholders. This position also contributes to business planning, performance dashboards, and special assignments, enabling data‑driven decision‑making for the Logistics & Distribution Division.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation, analysis, and presentation of financial and operational performance reports for the Logistics & Distribution Division.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel) to provide real‑time insights into sales, demand, stock availability, customer backorders, penalties, and other KPIs.
- Conduct financial and business analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision‑making.
- Coordinate the preparation of reports and updates for the Ministry of Health, Management, and other key stakeholders.
- Support the development and monitoring of the Division’s business plan and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency in reporting for audits, compliance, and performance monitoring.
- Assist in preparing presentation materials (management papers, infographics, dashboards) for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide insights to support special projects and initiatives within the Logistics & Distribution Division (e.g., digitalization, transformation projects).
- Act as liaison with internal teams and external parties for reporting-related matters, ensuring timely submission and quality of deliverables.
- Perform other assignments as directed by the Head of Logistics & Distribution.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis, business reporting, or strategy, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or related industries.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with experience in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights for decision‑making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to prepare reports for senior management and external stakeholders.
- Experience in handling business planning, budgeting, and performance management will be an advantage.
