This role goes beyond coordination — you will support decision-making, track execution, and ensure strategic projects are delivered with impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with the Managing Director to support and drive strategic and cross‑functional projects
  • Attend and follow up on management meetings, translating decisions into clear action plans and outcomes
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely execution across stakeholders
  • Prepare high‑quality presentations, reports, and business analyses for senior management
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align priorities, timelines, and deliverables
  • Monitor project milestones and ensure accountability for agreed actions
  • Support ad-hoc strategic initiatives and business improvement projects as assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline
