- Prepare various administrative and sales reports.
- Attend to customers' requests/enquiries.

- Handle all administrative matters.
- Assist BCM in monitoring timelines.
- Assist in processing annual credit reviews.

Key Responsibilites
- To prepare various administrative & sales reports on a timely manner.
- To attend to customers’ requests/enquiries in the absence of sales officers.
- To comply with all relevant rules and regulations governing the Bank’s business.
- To attend to all administrative matters, including matters relating to Credit Applications, of the business centre.
- To assist the BCM in monitoring and tracking of timeline for various tasks and assignments.
- To assist in the processing of annual credit review of cases with lesser complexity.
