A leading HR management firm is seeking an experienced Head of HR in Kuala Lumpur to oversee the full spectrum of human resources. The role involves managing talent acquisition strategies, ensuring legal compliance, and developing HR programs that boost employee performance. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of relevant experience and be familiar with HR2000, ZKTeco Software, and other HR tools. This position offers an opportunity to shape HR strategies and lead a dynamic department.
To lead the HRA Dept. and manage the full spectrum of HR. Handling strategic and operational HR, which includes leading the development of a talent acquisition strategy, identifying issues, providing solutions, developing & monitoring effective recruitment metrics & talent management.
Develop and implement metrics to demonstrate the impact of training on improving performance as well as the ability to implement and oversee the evaluation of corporate leadership and management.
Develop and implement HR plans, strategies, initiatives, systems, tactics and procedures aligned with the overall business strategy.
Formulate and implement HR strategy and transformation, know-how of improvement of end to end HR processes, and related digital transformation.
Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HRA function by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation, benefits etc.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and update policies and procedures as required.
To handle disciplinary, IR issues/disputes and termination of employees in accordance to the company policy.
Responsible for payroll processing for the Group and support services covering all aspects of HR matters.
Manage the recruitment by collaborating with departmental heads to understand skills and competencies required and selection process by identifying candidates, conduct interviews, and issuance of HR related letters
Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Monitor and control the general office administration matters such as keys to the office, alarm system, telephone system, door access system, other office equipment and facility.
Manage overall office administration, IT administration and building administration.
Liaise with local government, authorities, agencies and statutory bodies in relation to the regulatory compliance, compensation, benefits etc.
Attend to the maintenance and upkeep matters of company vehicles such as maintenance, insurance, inspection, road tax and car summons.
Oversee preparation of confidential and official correspondences, memorandums, presentation materials, agenda and minutes of meetings.
Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time.
