Overview
- Responsible for overall property Sales & Marketing related matters.
- Meets assigned Sales & Marketing targets for profitable sales volume, market share, and other key financial performance objectives.
- Plan, develop and implement Sales & Marketing strategies with the objectives of achieving sales target.
- Create action plans and effectively manage sales team and sales agencies.
- Identify coaching needs and promote training opportunities/ sales briefing with sales team and sales agencies.
- Responsible for developing good relationship with sales agencies to maximise the sales performance.
- Achieve sales and marketing operational objectives by contributing sales and marketing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews including preparation and implementation of action plans (productivity/ quality/ resolving problems/ identify trends, system improvement/ implementing change).
- Responsible and actively engaging and proactively ensuring the management of sales team and operations are meeting the targets set.
- Responsible to propose implementations of sales activities and programmes to get customer\'s attention and generate more sales for the Company.
- Manage sales gallery and ensure all operations are running smoothly.
- Responsible to manage the Sales & Marketing budget and forecast, Sales & Marketing operating expenses, monthly updates & relevant reports.
- Responsible to formulate Sales and Marketing’s policies and procedures as per the Company’s required standard.
- Ensure the overall management & efficient completion of the sales administration & documentation process of the Company’s development projects.
- Manage, monitor and follow-up closely on legal documentation i.e. SPA, Sub-sales (where applicable) and Loan Assignments with solicitors.
- Manage and ensure the team to liaise with purchaser\'s solicitors and end-financiers on enquiries and loan documentation.
- Perform other ad-hoc assignment and any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Education, Experience and Skill Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/ Business. Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of property Sale & Marketing work experience is required for this position.
- Must have experience in managing sales & marketing team which including recruiting, people managing, training, coaching and disciplining employees.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Possess strong sale analytical skill and marketing skills.
- Excellent presentation, communication (written/verbal) and leadership skills.
- Good PC skills and proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Required language (s): English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Willing to be based in Malacca.
- Possess own transport, willing to travel occasionally.
