Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
  • Identify and penetrate new markets and industries.
  • Conduct market research, analyse trends, and monitor competitors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with production and capabilities.
  • Negotiate high-value contracts and manage the full sales cycle.
  • Optimise pricing, margins, and product mix for profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ sales/business development experience in manufacturing, preferably plastics, injection moulding, or ODM/OEM.
  • Proven B2B sales track record with medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare companies.
  • Strong knowledge of medical device regulations (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485, GMP).
  • Familiar with plastic component manufacturing and ODM processes.
