Job summary

What You'll Responsible For:

  • Plan, manage, and execute safety culture projects across the organization.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for external consultants supporting the projects.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration on project goals.

  • Plan and allocate resources effectively to support project timelines and objectives.

  • Monitor and track the progress of culture change initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.

  • Facilitate internal communication related to safety culture projects to ensure transparency and engagement.

  • Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, challenges, and outcomes.

  • Identify and manage project risks to ensure successful implementation.

  • Support the development and implementation of tools and metrics to measure cultural change.

  • Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing related to safety culture.

What Experience and Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in HSEQ and/or operational ship management.

  • Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management.

  • Experience leading or supporting cultural change initiatives.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on cultural change metrics.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

  • Passion to lead change in a global, diverse, growing organisation

  • Relevant academic qualifications in safety, management, or related fields are preferred.
