- Define and articulate the vision, goals, and roadmap for the Super App to align with the company’s strategic direction.
- Identify emerging market trends, user needs, and business opportunities to guide product evolution.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the product roadmap supports broader business objectives.
- Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility.
- Write clear, detailed user stories with well‑defined acceptance criteria.
- Continuously refine backlog items through sprint planning, grooming sessions, and stakeholder feedback.
- Work closely with design, engineering, QA, and marketing teams to deliver high‑quality, scalable features.
- Represent the voice of the customer during development discussions and sprint reviews.
- Balance business objectives, user experience, and technical constraints to ensure optimal product outcomes.
- Define success metrics and monitor product performance post‑launch.
- Conduct regular product reviews, incorporating data and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure timely and high‑quality delivery of product increments according to sprint and release goals.
- Partner with UX/UI designers to deliver a seamless, intuitive, and engaging user experience across all app modules.
- Collaborate with growth and marketing teams to enhance feature adoption and user engagement.
- Leverage analytics and user insights to inform decisions and optimize retention, conversion, and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in mobile applications (preferably within fintech, super app, or multi‑service platforms).
- Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience with backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Trello).
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams (design, engineering, QA, marketing).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
