We’re looking to add a Manager, Program in Senai, Johor.

As a Manager, Program You will:

• Be the focal point of communication with customers.
• Co-ordinate engineering, purchasing, planning and production activities to meet customer’s request.
• Monitor all phases of projects through various reports and communicate to customers.
• Monitor and ensure timely implementation of ECO and communicate cost impact to customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Monitor and ensure all necessary documentation is received from customers to successfully launch new products and make changes to existing products.
• Ensure profitability of the Program under charge.
• Supervise the various activities of the Program.
• Implement and review cost reduction program with the customer.
• Contribute to the workplace safety and health improvement for the employees, as well as environmental protection, by adhering to the company’s Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures, and helping to achieve EHS objectives and targets through participation of EHS programs.

What skills and experiences are we looking:

• Degree/ Diploma in Business, Engineering or other related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of Program management experience in contract manufacturing, electronics manufacturing industry or Medical Devices/ Life Sciences
• Able to work in a fast paced environment & withstand pressure.
• Able to work with all levels of people.
• Good written English & communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office- Excel preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP preferred
