We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Management and Analytics Manager to manage the portfolio for our office spaces across Southeast Asia (SEA). This position will also be required to perform business and financial analysis of the Travel and Procurement functions within the COO office. Reporting into the Director of Corporate Real Estate, this role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of property‑related deals, ensuring that all acquisitions, leases, renewals, subleases, and disposals align with the company’s financial and strategic objectives. The role will also entail active monitoring of the utilisation and efficiency of the office space. This role requires commercial acumen, negotiation skills, analytical skills and cross‑functional collaboration.

Bachelors Degree in a relevant field
At least 3 years of relevant work experience in real estate
