About the Role:

The role is responsible for running the Bank’s real estate portfolio and property projects, including tenancy agreements, branch refurbishments, fit-outs, relocations, and renovations. The role ensures property assets are managed efficiently and that all tenancy, leasing, and project execution requirements are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets, and compliance frameworks.

What will you do:
  • Manage tenancy agreements and renewals for HQ, branches, and off-site locations.
  • Track lease expiries and notify for decision on renewals or terminations.
  • Liaise with landlords, building management, and property owners on day-to-day tenancy matters (utilities, common area charges, access).
  • Maintain accurate property documentation and tenancy schedules.
  • Maintain tenancy schedules (premise data, terms, options, expiry / notice dates); flag timelines 6–9 months ahead.
  • Prepare renewal / termination packs; coordinate landlord/builder management for access, utilities, charges, and rectification.
  • Keep executed agreements, LOAs, stamp receipts, insurance certs, and keys / access in a central repository.
  • Support rental schedules, collection status and agent / marketing coordination.
  • Run refurbishments, fit-outs, relocations, and branch renovation projects.
  • Prepare project plans, coordinate timelines, and schedule contractor / vendor works.
  • Track project progress, ensure quality checks, and escalate risks.
  • Support reinstatement, repair, and reinstatement work when vacating premises.
  • Carry out property checks and maintain insurance documentation.
  • Maintain insurance schedules and certificates and renewal calendars.
  • Ensure all property management activities comply with regulatory and internal requirements.
  • Prepare documentation for audits, inspections, and management reviews.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and service providers.
  • Track contractor performance, ensure adherence to specifications, and elevate issues.
  • Review invoices and supporting documents before submission.
  • Align contractor deliverables with drawings / specs and landlord guidelines.
  • Check milestone completions against invoices processing.
  • Track CAPEX and OPEX utilization for property, projects and leases.
  • Maintain records of cost allocations, payment status, and budgets.
  • Identify cost optimization opportunities during projects.

Skills and experience you possess:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Real Estate, Property, Facilities, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
  • Possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience in workplace management, facilities operations, or corporate real estate.
  • Experienced in branch / property projects, fit out, and reinstatement cycle.
  • Exposure in real estate portfolio management.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety, security and compliance standards is an added advantage.
  • Project management and site coordination skills.
  • Good in managing CAPEX and OPEX budget and expenses.
  • Strong operational and administration management skills.
  • Familiar with AutoCAD and other relevant tools.
