Genting Malaysia is a leading multinational conglomerate principally involved in the leisure and hospitality business, covering theme parks, casinos, hotels, seaside resorts and entertainment venues in Malaysia, the UK, and the US. With over 50 years of experience, Genting Malaysia is currently expanding and transforming Resorts World Genting into the leading tourism and entertainment hub via the Genting Integrated Resort Transformation Plan. Flagship projects include Skytropolis Indoor Theme Park, the outdoor theme park Genting SkyWorlds, and the adjacent shopping complex SkyAvenue, featuring a state‑of‑the‑art cable car system.

This role is part of Genting Malaysia’s strategic transformation initiatives, contributing to the development of Resorts World Genting into a premier tourism and entertainment hub. The manager will oversee packaging strategies, data‑driven decision‑making, strategic partnerships, and project execution.

Job Description
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and performance metrics to guide decision‑making.
  • Generate actionable insights to optimize marketing campaigns and partnership strategies.
